Comment: I have just returned from a holiday in bulgaria I stayed in the fenix hotel supposedly a four star but I would say it was only a two star and that is being generous the resturant is a joke the food is terrible it is the same every night which is chicken and pork chips and hard boiled potatoes the soup is like dishwater with some noodles thrown in I would not recommend this hotel to anybodyKate

Comment: In terms of value-for-money, the Fenix is fine. Very clean; not a luxury hotel, but then you wouldn't expect luxury on the prices of a package holiday there.Staff friendly and helpful at all times.
Only criticism would be that they make great play of the fact that they have a 'no-reserving-sunbeds-at-pool' policy, but, unfortunately, the policy is not enforced. I wish they would. There is nothing more frustrating than seeking to lie at the pool, only to find sunbeds with towels over them and nobody on them. And when I did move the towels some Southern English couple who had 'just nipped out for lunch' (until 4pm?) had a stand-up fight with me.
Please enforce the policy. It's a great idea.
